Open Email Settings
Go to your email client's signature settings (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.).
Paste & Save
Paste the HTML into the signature editor and save. Your signature is ready to go.

Use Copy HTML for Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail. Use Copy Plain Text for plain-text email clients.
Client-specific tips
Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new → paste HTML in the editor.
File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New → switch to HTML view → paste.
Mail → Settings → Signatures → + → paste. Uncheck "Always match my default message font".
